We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a 50% treatment charge. For aesthetic treatments, a deposit is required at booking.

Preparation varies by treatment. For aesthetic procedures, we advise avoiding alcohol 24 hours before, stopping blood-thinning supplements if possible, and arriving with clean skin. We will provide specific pre-treatment guidelines at booking.

Absolutely. All our practitioners hold the highest level qualifications in their respective fields and are fully insured. Our aesthetic practitioners hold Level 7 qualifications and above, and are registered with relevant medical bodies.

We only use premium, clinical-grade products from trusted, established brands. Our skincare partners include Obagi, Alumier MD, and Environ. All injectable products are CE-marked and from reputable pharmaceutical manufacturers.

We are open Monday–Friday 9am–8pm, Saturday 9am–6pm, and Sunday 10am–4pm. Extended hours are available for select treatments by prior arrangement.
